Meet the Founder

Florentina Dumitru is a Dubai based entrepreneur whose journey is shaped by the warmth and wisdom of her childhood kitchen. Some of her most cherished memories are of watching her mother bake bread, filling the home with comfort, joy, and patience. Those moments taught her that the most meaningful creations begin with love and simple ingredients.

Inspired by that legacy, Florentina founded Floris Luxe LLC in the USA in 2024, transforming nostalgia into purpose driven brands. JIG JAR, her signature baking kit, honors her mother’s tradition by empowering home bakers to create with confidence and heart. Soon after came JIG TRIO, reimagining kitchen essentials with beauty and function, and now JIG BLOOM, a floral inspired collection celebrating creativity in baking.

Alongside her product lines, she established Floris Luxe Project Management in Dubai to support beauty and wellness businesses with structure, branding, and growth systems.

Today, Florentina bridges Dubai and the USA, building brands that reflect care, craftsmanship, and the courage to share something meaningful with the world. Her guiding belief remains the same one passed down to her:
